Green hair algae on Reel Reef Rock

Hello everyone.
I've got a few reel reef rocks in my 200l tank and lots of hair algae growing up every day everywhere in the tank. Nopox doesn't help at all! My phosphate and nitrate levels are about 0. Has anybody got same problems with reel reel rocks? Please help.

I think the real problem is not going to be the rocks but is going to stem from issues in your water chemistry. Can you tell us about your tank, size, fish, etc.?
