Green hair algae?

I noticed my zoanthids weren't opening up as much and upon a closer inspection I noticed what appears to be a hair like algae. Can anyone help me ID this? How do I remove this without damaging the coral?

Make sure the zoas close up first...like touching them.. dip the frag to H2O2 for 5 mins.

Are you sure they are Zoa's, they look a lot like Majano to me.

Mix 4 parts tank water 1 part peroxide and dip for 5 mins then pull remaining algae off with tweezers. they may stay closed for awhile but they will open back up

Majano anemones are shaped differently, they have a second skirt closer to the mouth. You got some sweet zoas with some algae. Some tangs will eat it but a quick peroxide dip will do the job just fine. If you happen to have some pests in there the dip might knock them off as well.

Just gave them a 5 minute bath in a 4:1 3% hydrogen peroxide bath... Hopefully they turn out OK. The polyps look white...
