Green hair algae

control nutrients. Also remove and let up the cuc get the roots

Keep water quality high, pull it out, add more cuc. I myself just added more turbos and trochus to my tank. They do a fine job once you pull the longer strands out. You can try fluconazole, but it takes a while and there's been mixed results with gha. I'm not a fan of it for gha personally. I would just add more cuc and keep nuttients low. It takes some time.

I just fought this battle with GHA for about 3 months. My nutrient levels where low, but the GHA kept growing. It was soaking up all the nitrates and phosphates.
For 3 months, every week I would pull it out of the tank by hand. I was getting really discouraged. I also notice my Chaeto stopped growing. It was not able to compete with the GHA. About two weeks ago, I added a lot of turbo snails and hermits. I am now GHA free. I also noticed the nutrient level went up slightly, and the Chaeto is back growing.

Yep I just fought it after dino added a seahare.
