hey i have a 75 gal tank and 25 gal sump and a i have a green hair algae i have used many staff and is not helping at all i do water change 15% weekly i have been using a nopox 10 ml per day but my no3 still high i test my water with a salifert test kit and no3 showing about 50 ppm and po4 is near 0 i need help i feed less and my light 4 to 6 hours per day i dont know what should i do

Questions to start with.

How old is the system?
Started with Dry or Cured Live Rock?
How stocked is the tank and what is it stocked with (fish/coral)?
Are you currently manually removing as much as you can of the GHA by hand?

Po4 cannot be 0. You're getting a false reading because the GHA is soaking it all up as soon as it is available and before the test kit can register the real level.

my tank is years old i start with dry rock i have about a 17 fish and some soft corals yes i am removing by hand and is still coming back my po4 is 0.03 i just test it

Nutrient control. Do you have skimmer, refugium, water change schedule?

If it's regular GHA (not bryopsis) then I have had great success with turbo snails. They devour GHA and will have it cleaned up in no time.

Are they Mexican Turbo snails you have?

Cut the light schedule and intensity dramatically. Cut feeding to once a day (only as much food as the fish can completely consume in two minutes). Remove as much as you can by hand, followed by a large WC. Run GFO (preferably in a reactor) and change every few days.

Repeat the manual removal and water changed until you can get it under control.

Don't trust the Po4 test results until the GHA infestation stops growing.

i am running GFO and my lights is on only for 4 hours /day i feed one times a day only little bit that all but my NO3 is very high i had a 100 ppm i start using a nopox after a week got down to 50 then next week to 25 now it is a 3rd week i am using a 15 mil /day

There is no magic elixir or spell that can cure the GHA. Determination and persistence eventually pay off.
