Green hair or Bryopsis?

I tried to pull it out. It’s tough to get off the rock

Thanks. I just can’t figure it out. I wonder if an emerald crab will go to town on it

Use the pill with the medication starting with F it works wonders without killing other things. Going to try vibrant on my tank with slight green popping up.
