Green hairy mushroom fish eating?

Hi this might be a stupid question but I heard in someplace that green hair mushrooms might be able to eat fish im worried because I have a mandarin dragonet and I heard those might be in danger by anenomoes are there any truth to these concerns?

I have never heard of a mushroom eating a fish before however later in your post there you said something about an anemone there are Houdini carpet anemones and others that can and will eat fish if they catch it so with anemones your little Mandarin maybe be careful as far as the mushrooms go I think you're okay I'm not an expert on mushrooms though so maybe somebody with more experience in them will chime in and help you out further than what I just did I don't think you have to worry about your mandarin goby with mushrooms

I have a large rock covered in 20 green hairy mushrooms and my Flurry Clown loves to lay in it and this is were he sleeps every night and has not been eaten.

No, mushrooms are soft corals not anemones. I've never heard of a mushroom eating a fish. I don't think their stings are strong enough, if they even have stingers.

But nems will certainly eat fish and shrimp. I've watched it happen and suspect that was the fate of a few other inhabitants that disappeared mysteriously.

Beautiful mushrooms i think I was just being paranoid about it but nice to hear they don't eat any fish didn't think they would but wanted to make sure
