Wasn't sure if this was a Nudi but it doesn't look anything like one. It honestly looks like an anemone. It has sand attached to the bottom of it.

I have a frogspawn in the tank. This just popped up. Actually under the frogspawn. It's just been blown around.

I thought frogspawn and hammers just create a new Skelton neck for new growth on their body and
do not detach, I only have sticks so I can be wrong though?

I have a frog Spawn, and sometimes a piece will break off and float around. I think that may be what that is.
