Green Mandarin and Ruby Red Scooter

Can I put these together in a 20 gallon? I have a ten gallon refugium (20 gallon sump) and they both eat frozen, so feeding is not a concern.

I am wondering if these two will fight, they are both male. The green mandarin is already in the tank, I'm introducing the ruby red scooter, which is why I am wondering. They are the same size if that matters.

They would compete for pods in such a small tank

Well I do have a 50% size refugium and I breed my own tiggers, even though I never had to dose tiggers since the ones in my refugium does a sufficient job. Also, the tank is a macroalgae/reef tank. Plus both eat frozen. I feed my mandy frozen 3 times a day with the tiggers running around. He is the only fish in there besides a Talbot Damsel.

I'm just wondering if these guys will fight in a small tank. I know two mandarins will kill each other unless opposite sex with the male being bigger (I used to breed mandys). I'm just wondering if it is the same with a mandy and a scooter.
