Green mushroom morphed?

So I decided to remove some mushrooms from a rock in my tank and I threw the choppings in the back of my tank to attach to rocks. After some time the ones i moved developed this interesting royal purple ring around their mouths. Has anyone seen this before?

nice, fragging shrooms. I am wondering, and total guess, maybe light? I know when mine just grew and spread their pattern would change but not that much. Put a crazy name on it and sell them for 500$ a piece
