Green nepthea coral questions

I just added two green nepthea corals into my tank. These are pics about an hour in and it’s definitely shrinking. Is this normal?

Very normal. Periodically they'll shrink; creat a waxing coating, then shed the coating over the course of a few days. Mine seem to do this whenever they get disturbed...

Okay mine did too. They released like a slim it seemed like. Thanks this was reassuring!
