Green polyps releasing long tentacle

Ever seen polyps releasing long tentacle? Here it is. from the mouth about 6 inch long

That's new to me. Never seen it before. Are those palys?

12g Nanoreef. Zooanthids, Ricordia, Star Polyps and two clownfish. CF Lighting, 75% actinic blue, 25% 10,000k white.
 
This looks like excess zooxanthellae and is common, especially if coral have recently had a change in lighting conditions. They're just regulating their metabolic process, it's a normal healthy behavior.
 
that's a lot of poop..what are u feeding them.
