Green spiral?

Noticed a bunch of green lines on my aquarium glass. Several clusters, all of which radiate outwards from a central point.

Looks like an algae of some sort trying to take hold. I'd give the glass a good scrape to get rid of those spirorbid worms and the lines then a good water change to clean it up. That shouldn't rid.
