Green **** Sponge?

What is this green **** sponge thing? It has a nipple on it and everything. I found a small colony of them

Not super clear, but it does look to be a sponge - if so, what you saw on it would be the osculum (the out-current siphon).

Most likely a totally harmless filter feeder.
