I have recently converted one of my reef tanks into a FOWLR.

So far I have a Yellow, a Tomini Tang and a Gold Spotted Rabbitfish.
Would like to add a small Green Spotted Puffer as they remain on the smaller side.

Can this be done or is this kind of Puffer not compatible at all.

Thanks for any input

I try to stay away from them. They take a little while to acclimate to a strictly saltwater tank, as they are typically brackish. They also tend to nip fins big time.

Thanks for your input.
Are you trying to stay away from puffers in general or just this kind?

In a strictly saltwater tank, I try to stay away from the more "brackish" puffers, i.e Green Spotted, Figure 8, Mbu, etc. I find them to be a lot more aggressive than other puffers like porkys and dogfaces.
