Green star polyp darkening

Hello,

I noticed a dark spot on my green star polyps today. What is it and what could be causing it?

Not seeing anything absolutely abnormal but try blowing gently with a turkey baster and see if anything dislodges

Are we looking at the same thing, ie: the darker blue portion in the center? If so, I think that's just normal GSP growth.
