Hi just wondering is the flow ok I bought this 2 days ago not sure file I’m uploading works

if it is out and waving around, flow is fine. if the polyps look retracted it may be too much. conversely, if they are out and super puffy and not moving, there isn't enough. hope that helps

Adding to this:

GSP tolerates, thrives in even, a very wide range of lighting, flow and nutrients.

I have some gsp in 3 tanks. Some gets moderate flow some gets blasted. It doesn't seem to care either way.

It has been a while since i had any. if i remember right, if i blasted it, it wouldn't spread as fast, but it also wasn't as pretty to look at. But, as you mention it is super hardy and very much not picky.

There out and waving around just wasn’t sure if they were waving around to much but definitely look ok fully opened

If you look at my YouTube - you can see some GSP - it's impossible to answer your question without a good picture. However in general - they tolerate almost everything (except toxic issues)

Examples of GSP doing fine being blasted in high flow, and steady medium flow, and low flow, and almost no flow.
