My green star polyp was doing great...now it goes in after a little while in the AM...I moved it to a spot with less current...seemed better than my tail spot blenny started picking on...goodby...he used to spend hours in its grass with no noticeable issues...light is moderate...not superbright in my 10 gal fusion...any ideas to improve its lot?...Thanks...

Stable parameters , CAL, ALK, MAG, SALINITY,TEMP. being only 10 gallon tank its going to take daily dedication. Even though these are considered one of the most easiest corals to keep and even a nuisance by some , stable parameters are still needed for them to flourish. Pay close attention to ALK,TEMP,SALINITY,PH . That being said they adapt to most lighting . In my sig , those stars are at the very top of my tank under two AI SOL Blues at 70%. I ve had them at the bottom, middle ...everywhere. Flow can be high to moderate .If you place them in one direction flow they will spread that way. So you can plan to have them spread a certain way . I place them in a pulse wave so they wave back and forth . Growth radiates outward in all directions .

Ca=440, Alk=8...all my usual...I moved him to the middle of the tank with higher light...look at my pic under search...took this when all was great...going away for weekend so lets see what happens...Thanks...

I would leave him where you had him originally if all was good "at one time" . he probably got angry about something , which they can sometimes do and not extend for a period of time. best thing to do is leave him alone . moving him around the tank will only upset him more . Best of luck and enjoy your weekend!

GSP are masters at letting you know about your water stability and quality.
I use them as a monitor in my tank :)

already moved him...I guess he'll have to get used to the new place...in a 10, there isn't much difference anyhow...thanks...
