I’ve been battling this stuff for at least a month now. Have done some research and it seems like it’s green cyano. It comes off very easy when I scrub it off. I have chaeto running in my sump, have a protein skimmer, and various types of cleaning crew ( 9 hermits, 3 nassarious, 1 conch, 10 astrea snails) but only the astrea snails seem to be eating some of it. I do clean it and use a net to get most it out. Yet in 4 days or so it’s back. Any idea of how to get rid of it? any tips?

Not sure if it's cyano... I have the same issue. I vacuum but it always comes back. Only thing that somewhat keeps it in check are my urchins. They est this stuff.

I read a post here of a person having a similar problem & the conclusion was that it was green cyano. Idk if it right though.
