Hi everyone. I have some green stuff showing up in my tank and im wondering whats the best way to keep it from getting out of hand. Ill clean it all and in a weeks time it looks like the pictures again. I have 65 gal fowlr. 5 mnths old, 90 lb live rock, 2 marineland hob , 2 power heads, 2 heaters, Coralife 65 protein skimmer, Uv sterlizer, Solarmax t5 ho lights. Ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 15 ...nitrates little high. Phosphate little too. Not sure why. I use ro water only. Been running phosguard doesn't seem to be helping. Its currently only has a coral banded shrimp hermits and peppermint shrimp. Had ich outbreak its been fallow. 2 weeks left and i can put my 2 black clowns back. So im wondering whats causing the new green stuff and what it is. Started about 3 weeks ago and driving me nuts.
