I would acclimate the anenome slowly and add it directly to the main tank. The zoas definitely need QTed and I'm not sure about the mushrooms.
You don't necessarily have to QT them, but dipping them is something that alot of people would do.
The Anemone I'd drip acclimate also.

One thing to watch if you drip acclimate an anemone (( or anything for that matter )) that has been shipped is an ammonia spike --- when the bag is closed the pH lowers and supresses the ammonia. When the bag is opened the pH raises and the ammonia spikes.
Personally, I would temp acclimate; and match the SG of the shipping water (( use "new" water, and not the bag water )), and if different than your tank, acclimate it --- only with the new water that has the same SG/temp as the shipping water.

The places I receive my livestock do not have ammonia problems. The ammonia is a byproduct of the anemone (( in this case )) being alive --- just a fact of the biological process. After 24 hours (( that is why I mentioned the anemone being shipped, as opposed to picking one up from an LFS )) there is going to be ammonia in the water.
