Green tip emergency

Hi guys I’m having a bit of a problem right now, I bought a green bubble tip anemone a month ago from my LFS and it was fine but now I don’t know what happened but it’s completely closed to about the tenth of the size it usually is.
It’s been a couple days now and it looks like it’s dividing. Anyone have such an experience and any tips?

Don’t panick with nems, they are quite strange.
They shrink when they eat, when they expel waste, when they multiply, and unfortunately when the die.
Do you have a better second pic, it just looks blue to me.
Can you give all parameters, length of time at those levels, length of time tank has been running?
Many nems are coming in damaged and/or unhealthy condition.

Well my tank’s been running for 3 months now I just started adding corals.
Magnesium a bit too high at 1600, calcium around 500, kh at 11.5 and the volume is 165 gallons

Nems do require stability of the water chemistry found more in tanks about 6-12 months of age.
They don’t handle fluctuations well.
Ensure temp is consistent and salinity on point at all times.
Give him some more days of observation, many times, they just inflate.

If at any time he starts to come apart, discard immediately.
