Green toxic monti capricornis

Hello, new here I have a problem with my green toxic monti cap. I ordered him a month ago delivered over night shipping. It came looking good I dipped him acclimated him to water and the light; acclimated him for 3 weeks in the light with a radeon ecotech g6 xr15 and he’s not looking good.
I have cyano working on the flow though. Might have dinos not sure



water perimeters:
Ph: 8.2
Nitrates: 0.25
Calcium: 380
Phosphate: 0

(I dose kalkwasser every week in the ATO)

No protein skimmer
Filter socks

Plz help me he looks like he bleached…

How do you know your monti's a him? lol jk

Your nutrients is too low . Your coral is starving.

What is your Alk and Mag? Your Calicum is low as well.

What size is your tank? How long has its been up? What livestock is in there now? Feed more

Dkh is 10
Magnesium I don’t really know.
I do a lot of water changes.
I’ve been dosing kalkwasser weekly but it doesn’t seem to do much should I keep putting more in?
Tank is 100 gallons and a 50 gallon sump.
I’ve had it running for about 5-6 months now.
I have a pair of clownfish, a powder blue tang, a snowflake eel, peppermint shrimp, sand sifting starfish, and some conchs and cleaners.
I feed them twice a day is that not enough?
Oh and salinity is 1.024

Bring SG up to 1.026. with no nutrients and DKH at 10 could be bleaching your corals. You might need to supplement with nitrate and phosphate.

I was just reading more about cyano and it says it can zero out the phosphates and nitrates and then spike back up once it’s cycled through? Is this true?

The Cyano and Dino are both results of too low nutrients both in terms of nitrate and phosphate. Bump them up into normal targets, this will rid the pest algaes, when nutrients too low your corals will starve, and maturity of the DT slows, way, way down.

So feed them more, dose nitrate and phosphate, get my dkh down to 8, should I get more fish to get the nitrates up too?
