Can anyone help me figure out what this ugly crap is? I know it’s a young tank and I’m probably still in the ugly phase. Tank is been up for a couple of months I’ve had 3 diatom blooms that have cleared and this greenish crap showed up a few days ago.
parameters:
SG 1.027
ammonia 0
nitrite 0
nitrate 20
phos 0.08 (started gfo reactor Thursday)
alk 10
cal 450
mag 1350

That is normal. The tank is young as you stated. It will go away in time. The first year is the hardest and takes the longest to look good. Stay the course and keep up with maintenance and you will have a great tank.
