Green water??? Help!!!!

I have a 55g tank it’s been running for about 2 3 months now I believe the tank has been cycled everything was going good I have 2 clowns and a bta I did some tank maintenance cleaned everything and changed water I have 2 hob filters and a hob skimmer I changed the one filter with it running wasn’t thinking it made the water very cloudy for a little bit then boom all of a sudden the water is green and I can’t figure out why I can change the water but it only helps for a few hours then it’s green again. Sorry I’m fairly new to this lol there’s carbon in the filters and I have some chemi pure blue in there as well

Any macro algae in the aquarium?

If just do larger water changes and run some carbon untill it clears up. My second hand tank had bad water because it was neglected. I done larger water changes run carbon and dosed calcium carbonate and now the water is crystal. Didn't happen overnight tho .
