I just bought a plate of zoas for $20 and the guy at the store said they were "nuclear green" zoas but when I search the name I only get the common green palythoas. What are these guys really? No matter what they are still 20$ for this many heads makes me very happy haha. I've attached pics in more blue and more white. I can attempt better pics if need be

Only issue I have left with it is there is an aiptasia under a couple of the polyps I need to figure out how to get rid of. I can only see the tips of it tenticles so its deep in there

I would cover it with superglue if possible to avoid covering the zoas as well. If its too deep in the zoa colony then Aiptasia X from Red Sea would be last resort. I also heard about lemon juice and all that so i would search about that. Ive never used aiptasia x or lemon juice method myself

The zoas should slime up and protect itself from the glue anyways and if the super glue were to irritate a few zoas or kill some, Radioactive Dragon Eyes should easily grow over the dead ones. They grow pretty darn quick.

I messed up lol. For some reason the top layer of my glue was really liquidy and it covered the aiptasia as well as like 5 polyps

after a few minutes you should be able to peel the glue off of the zoas using finger nails and if you just recently cut fingernails, use tweezers.
Edit: I once glued a pink diamond zoa upside down after fragging it from the mother colony cuz it a midnight fragging session lol. Left it there overnight cuz i thought it was upright and until next morning i got it off the frag and peeled the glue off. the zoa was still alive and even opened later on that day.

I have these also. They spread pretty fast. I bought some earlier this year and they’ve spread all over my rock. Nice addition to any tank.
