Planning my second plunge into reef tanking. I'm thinking a 55 with a Triton style sump. Most manufactured stands are 30" or less in height, so lighting by LED does not leave enough distance to saturate the refugium. I'm also wondering if heat from a 150W LED effects water temperature. Finally, I'm wondering if there are stands into which a 30" sump can be inserted without disassembly. Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.
