So in the last two days i have been keeping monitor over a random growth i had and can't seem to figure out what it is or where it came from i will be taking it out of the tank tonight so i don't risk any fish or coral. if anyone can identify it for me would be amazing or have any tips how to keep it from happening.

It grew over my dead zoanthids that were sunburnt (due to personal mistake) and really confused about this one

Looks like aptasia.
If it's easy to get the rock out it's best to just scrape it off.

Oh cool. Lucky break. I just pop the rock from underneath it if I can.

And yea you prob would have won with that shot.

thanks man that was a quick photo too ahaha not one of my better photos guess i should be prouder about it then i was, was more confused on it growing over night.... any one to combat it from growing or more natural to have it happen and just remove it?

Just remove it. A problem with removing them in the tank is , they spit babies. That's how they spread. If you hit them wrong, boom.

It bites cuz you can see them spit.
