Ok and what would you suggest I do?Looks like cyanobacteria to me.
All my parameters are stable.First off, what's your water parameters?
You could use chemiclean to get rid of it.
All my parameters are stable.
N 0, P 0.05Okay, but what are they?
Low nutrients can cause this.
Ok and one more questions. My clowns are rubbing in it. Is that hurting them and why are they doing it? #ReefSquadOkay. Yes low.
Chemiclean will clear it up. Follow the instructions to the letter.
I find out it was cyanobacteria, and ive been using the "turkey baster method". Its starting to go awayClowns can be weird, they'll cuddle up to lots of corals too, anything that's soft and slimy.
Almost certainly not hurting them in any way.
If you want a better handle on what this stuff is, you or a friend should put it under a microscope.
Still might not know for sure, but it would be reassuring if it looked like typical cyanobacteria.
