Grey stuff on dry rock

What is grey stuff thats been covering all of my dry rock?

Looks like a fairly new aquarium, I agree that it maybe fine sand sediments that float around and settle
 
If it were me I would just blow it off the rocks and let it settle in the sand. Then do a water change and siphon the sand to remove any fine dust. I dont believe it's anything you need to worry about though.
 
My aquarium was cloudy for a couple of days when I was adding sand/ rock , its normal, even froth at the top of my aquarium

Soon clears whilst your researching what fish to buy :)
