Hello everyone, I need to remove 3 mushrooms of a rock. Now the problem is that my tank is tinny and the rock is too close to the glass.

I originally thought of just cliping the rock but there is not enough space to fit some cutting pliers in there ( I tried)

I also tried removing the whole rock but its actually part of the bottom main structure, so I would have to take everything apart to get it off. I would rather not do that.

Now I have a dremel tool that will fit in there vertically, so I would have to use the little grinding rock to cut the rock.

I would have to drain almost all the tank to do this, which should be no problem. My main concern would be if all that dust from grinding the rock would cause major issues in the tank.

There is no fish in the tank just some sanils, hermits and a lot of coral.

Any feed back is well appreciated. Thank you!!

how about a giving them a strong suggestion to move using an extra powerhead pointed in their direction?

Didn't really thought of that, good tip.
I did try to loose them from the rock with a credit card but they didn't even budge, i was really aggressive too.

I'll probably try to push flow right above them to see if they go down to the sand
