I have a grotech NG3 dosing pump which I plan to connect to a expansion module grotech grotech EP IV.
Plugs in expansion module and the pop up message says "new device"
So far so good.
I can input dosage amounts for the new channels now.
But then the additional channels disappear from the menu, and "new device" will pop up at irregular intervals.
After "new device" message the extra channels are in the menu before they disappear again.
Talked to my lfs and this was not an uncommon error according to him.
Have anyone heard of any solution to the irritating error?
