Anyone use one? I put my hand in my sump today and got shocked! My maxijet that feeds my zeo reactor is somehow putting an electrical charge into the water. So its unplugged for now. Will a grounding probe fix the problem?

I would replace the MJ.It cost alot less than what is in your tank.I have my system set up on it's own GFCI brakers and plugs.I was told by a few people that I still need a ground probe to be 100% safe.

Replace the pump, You could be leaching copper if theres a way for the electric to escape.
How long you been on zeo?
I tried it for 9 mos and had nothing but problems.

Also if you have a grounding probe and no gfci thats a death trap waiting to happen.

I've been using zeo for about 2 months. The only result I've had is good water clarity. I'm going to give it 6 months before I make a decision whether to keep using it or not.
