Grouper eating a LionFish

Hello, I just saw this video

And I wonder...did the Grouper survived...? what do you think? 1 week later, the grouper is ok or RIP? mmm.

Disclaimer: Lionfish are becoming an invasive plague in the caribean and they need a natural predator.

Yes. I had a gold line grouper eat a lionfish in my tank over 3 years ago. it upset me. He also ate a trigger and a blue and pink spotted goby... That is when I got out of the hobby for a while. I wont do a predator tank ever again. I fed silver sides every day and he ate all of them.. he was smaller too

Tasty snack. Yes it would appear the Grouper has done this before. He knew what to avoid and how to attack.
