Does anyone know if this is good or bad?

If your sump is lit up then my guess would be some type of filamentous algae. It's not necessarily bad, but it's not good either. I would either siphon it out or scrub it and hopefully be done with it. If it comes back again in force, then you might have to start looking for some answers. GL.

Weird you say lit up. That side is we're my light is. When I'm looking in there I turn on. I should keep clean then. Thank you
