Growing Feeding Your Copepods to Your Fish

What is your routine for growing and feeding copepods to your fish? How often do you feed and how much?

Do you turn all your pumps off?
Which species do you use?
What size sieve?

Just curious what fellow reefers are doing...

No specific fish. Good question though, also curious what fish reefers are feeding the pods to. There seems to be lot of pods in the market so
wondering what people doing with them.
