Growing green star polyp?

Hopefully this isn’t a silly question but is this the beginning of more green star polyps or is it something else?

that looks like a rock with some GSP, and what looks like the beginning of a battle against colonial hydroids.
those are the devils spawn!

my suggesting is, get them out now, before they spread.

take the rock out, get some tweezers, and pluck them off at the base. they should feel like leathery tubes.

Thanks! I checked it out and you were right. I just took the GSP off the rock with the hydroids and glued it to an extra rock I had lying around. The hydroids can have the rock haha.
