Growing like a weed

When I first got this it was very small. Now it has grown like a darn weed with all sorts of new polyps and is starting to cover the rock heavily. I don’t want it to overtake the tank but I feel like I have accomplished something. What is it and how should I proceed.

Xenia/Clove Polyps IMO get rid of it. It will take over your tank.

Isolate it and keep an eye on it.

Pipe organs are the hard coral equivalents; no fighting them back! It and cyphastrea were my two biggest mistakes.

You may notice branches that begin to hang lower. Keep an eye on that. It dropping babies.
