Growing on my live rock

I have a few of these growing off my live rock? Tanks been up and running for 6 months. No corals just a FOWLR setup. Anyone know what these are?

Pineapple sponges are harmless/beneficial filter feeders that are common in new tanks. They usually fade away a few weeks after the initial bloom

+1 Pineapple sponge, common in newer systems. Harmless.
