Growing on rocks

Can some please identify these hard see thru hard jelly like hitchhiker

A type of phaeophytic macroalgae, either Leathesia or Colpomenia. It's not super prolific but can be rather unsightly. Otherwise it's just an ornamental macroalgae

It looks to be some slippery brown macroalgae. Unless of course it is wandering around the rockwork.
