Looks like it could be Cyanobacteria. Do you have a phosphate test kit? And how's your water flow?
 
Yes I have a phosphate test kit and from my last test like .03 ppm. My flow is directed higher in the tank but it's strong up top and decent towards the bottom. I'll try lowering it a bit
 
Try lowering it, and possibly run some GFO's just to be safe. Maybe try feeding a little bit less?
 
Ok cool. Thanks for the id. I will do a water change, run some GFO and put the powerheads and a better angle
