Hi all...my galaxea has developed white tips on some of its skeletal structure. Is that bleaching or is it growing? He is pulled back because i just did a water change. The white parts are easier to see when hes pulled back.
I did a recheck of parameters with my better testers (expensive so i dont use unless i need to). Alk - 8.4 ph - 8.0 phos - 0.01 nitrate is high at 23 but thats actually way down. Just added chaeto about 2 weeks ago and its working. I do see my mag is at 1350 so high but not out of range. Calcium...higher than i usually run - its at about 490 to 500...could it be too much calcium? All my other corals are loving their life...those pictured are usually my most sensitive corals that tell me things are not right...
