Growth on Bellus Angel Face?

I've had my Bellus Angel for about 2 months ago and just notice some sort of growth near her right eye this morning. Anyone know what this might be? Also, is it just me or do these fish have some sort of nostril type feature on their face? Notice there are two growth like things on the right side of her face, the one further from her eye though has always been there and matches the nostril bump on the other side. It's the growth closest to her eye that is new I think. She eating great and no signs of illness otherwise. Thank you

I can't tell for sure from the photos, but does it look like a gas bubble is starting to form around the eye?

Nope, definitely doesn't look like that. It seems to be growing out of her nostrils (if that's what they are - do fish have nostrils?). Now that I look closer on this example closeup photo it looks like they have two nostril bumps and that's where both of the growths are happening on her right side only.

Just looks like angel-nostrils to me.
