Growth on blue ridge

I just picked up a frag of what I beleive to be a blue ridge frag and it has this little growth on it that looks like aiptasia. Can someone else confirm for me? Sorry for bad photo

Does it retract? I have never seen an anemone even an invasive one form in the middle of healthy coral tissue, barnacles, gall crabs, but not aptasia or even a ball nem.

Yes it retracts when I dipped it a much larger one fell off it also opens immediately after retract
