Growth on mouth

I got a Coral Beauty from my LFS 10 days ago and placed it alone in a qt tank. I am not sure if it has eaten anything. It picks at algae on the side of the tank and I have seen it pick at food, but I am not sure if it has swallowed any. Last night I noticed this growth on its mouth. How should I treat this?

Is the growth "cotton" like or solid?

I would treat for a possible bacterial infection, using Furan-2 + Seachem Sulfaplex.

I think the growth is a solid, but it is hard to tell.

Appears to possibly be a Lympho. If so it will work itself out. I would just keep an eye on it. But it doesn’t hurt to treat like Humble Suggested
