Growth on QT corals

Could use some help understanding what these white things are and what I should do about them! Did the best I could with pictures. Will break out the DSLR if these won't suffice.

Look like pineapple sponges to me. Not sure on removal unless you can just pluck them off. I believe they starve out over time.

Yep, that's what they look like. Thank you. Other posts suggest they don't bother other corals but of the corals they are on, they either stay closed more often or are sending out the tentacles on the LPS...I may try to pick them off and see how that goes
