Growth on Rocks.... Seem to be Multiplying

Starting to see these on rocks, and even a clam shell. Tank is 2 years old. Maybe something came in with a frag from LFS. I dip everything religiously, but unsure if it would affect whatever in the world this is.

Looks like Nerite snail eggs.

I just want to add, if dipping killed all the bad and unwanted things, all of the good things would die as well. Dipping is great prevention but not complete eradication.

That is quite the possibility. I have a few of those guys that I got right around the time I first noticed them.
