Growth on snail and on coral

Hello , need some assistance ID this red brown thing growing on snail and on one of my coral. It is hard and not soft. Thanks

Something does move when i shine a light on hit. Its encased in a very very hard shell. This is the one on my Torch.

Looks like a vermetid snail. Do you see any web looking stuff coming from it?

The webbing can irritate corals. You should get rid of it if it is

Got rid of it thanks. Had to use pliers to pull it off.
