Growth on tail of Rabbitfish

Some type of growth on tail of rabbit fish. Getting bigger overtime. Any ideas? Tumor? It looks like a brown noggle that is round. Not fuzzy like fungus.

It's difficult to tell from these pictures, but it's probably lympho. I'd want better pictures to be definitive- or as close as we ever can be.
