Growth on Trochus Shell

Pretty significant growth on top of the shell. Also some tube worms that I'm hoping are harmless.

Thats a cool hitchhiker! .I found one underneath a piece of live rock I picked up from lfs

Appreciate the responses! This is the kinda stuff that makes this hobby so fun. Something new to keep an eye on as the tank matures.

Updating this thread cause cool new pics. Trochus bivalve has grown a lot!

I also found another bivalve today attached to a Cerith snail. This guy was from a reefcleaners order from probably 4 months ago, before I had the Trochus. Is reproduction a possibility?
