We have the Ecoray LED's on both our tanks. I knew that the Zoas and a green Monti cap were loving the lights, but I wasn't sure on trying SPS. I got a small frag of blunt end birdsnest from a local reefer that is on R2R. We were taking pics last night and I was kind of blown away by a pic taken last night and one taken exactly 3 weeks before. We do not dose anything, and just do regular water changes. Also, if anyone could ID the macro that is in the pic I'd appreciate it. I think it's a Halimeda, but want to be sure.

That's nice growth for 3 weeks! Great job! Yes that is halimeda algae. It sucks up a lot of CA so just be aware of that. I'd love to see a full tank shot.

Ok, I finally got the FTS. So here it is. I'm currently looking form some Dragon's Breath/Flame Algae to put on the right side of the tank.

That is fantastic growth. I just picked up one of these last Friday, hope it does that good too. You have a real nice looking reef can't wait to see more pictures.

That one will be popping up all over your tank in no time. It propagates by polyp bailout.
